Flatlander's Multiverse is operated by Calm Dog Developer, LLC. By creating an account or using the game, website, or related services, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, cheat, harass others, or violate these terms.

In-game Terms clickwrap

The full, versioned Terms of Service text is also presented in the game client (and may be presented again in the browser) when a new TOS version is published. Continuing past that gate constitutes acceptance of that version.

Virtual items and Soul Tokens

Soul Tokens and other virtual items have no cash value outside the service, are licensed not sold, and may be modified or removed as the game develops. Purchases (when enabled) are handled by our payment partners and are subject to their terms as well.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service beyond normal play; do not use bots or exploits; do not share illegal content; and do not attempt to access other players' accounts.
